SERVICE ENGINEER-ELECTRICAL

Qualification BE in Electrical Engineer

Experience required - 3-5 years.

Required Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Siemens PLC, SCADA, HMI, and general PLC systems
• Hands-on experience in machine trials, testing, calibration, installation, and commissioning
• Conduct trials and testing of machines to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Perform calibration of MPI machines.
• Carry out installation and commissioning of machines at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain electrical systems, control panels, and industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in equipment such as motors, drives, PLCs, and HMIs.
• Support commissioning and testing of new machines and equipment.
• Provide technical support to clients and operators regarding equipment usage and performance.
• Maintain service reports, documentation, and records of work completed.
• Coordinate with project, design, and automation teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Travel to customer sites for service, breakdown support, and on-site inspections.
