Responsibilities

Provide onsite or remote support for the installation and commissioning of overseas machinery.
Handle overseas equipment quality issues and service requests promptly and effectively.
Conduct inspections, routine checks, and maintenance on machinery for overseas customers.
Gather and organize quality issues and customer feedback from equipment sold in overseas markets, assisting in formulating improvement plans and enhancing after-sales service quality.
Offer training to overseas customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

Qualifications

Have a grasp of the principles of injection molding machines, die-casting machines, and peripheral equipment, with repair, maintenance, and operation skills/experience.
Proficient in using common office software such as Microsoft Office.
Possess knowledge of plastic molding principles and conventional plastic materials, or experience with metal molding prototypes.
Good Hindi and English speaking, reading, and writing ability.
Possess certain training capabilities.
Willing to accept medium to long-term global business trips and regular training in China.
