Role Description

This is a full-time Service Engineer role based on-site in Navi Mumbai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment and systems, with strong expertise in Electrical and Electronics systems . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in component-level repairs , a solid understanding of industrial communication protocols , and the ability to work independently in field service environments. This role requires excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills, along with a willingness to travel extensively across India.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Installation, Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair hardware at the electronic component level.
• Experience in Field Service support and on-site operations
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
• Knowledge and experience in providing Technical Support
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and handle complex equipment
• Flexibility to travel and work in a dynamic on-site environment
• Educational background in engineering or a related technical field
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
