Job Description
Position: Service Engineer
Department: Service & Support
Location: Gujarat Region
Qualification:
- B.E. Mechanical OR
- Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering
Experience: 24 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Collect technical machine information required for quotation preparation.
- Attend machine trials for Blister change parts and ensure proper machine functioning.
- Provide quick and effective technical solutions at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and instrumentation issues to minimise machine downtime.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to deliver smooth and timely customer support.
- Support order processing and assist in quotationrelated activities.
- Achieve yearly service and support targets assigned for the Gujarat region.
- Prepare and maintain service reports, visit summaries, and trial documentation.
