About the job:

Role: Service Engineer

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (HO)

Department: Service

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's / Master's in Engineering

Experience: 2+ years in service department of Medical Device industry

Role Purpose

To deliver quality service as per QMS guidelines through maintenance, installations, customer support, and service-related activities to ensure customer satisfaction and support revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance and implement TSBs as per QMS.
• Install equipment and provide basic user training.
• Update daily service activities in FSS with proper documentation.
• Support service sales, including CP sales.
• Follow up on accounts receivables.
• Provide field feedback on product performance.
• Support sales during demos, workshops, and events.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Medical Electronics, Electrical, or relevant Science.
• 1+ year experience on Drger products or 2+ years in a similar field.
• Good computer skills (MS Office), strong troubleshooting ability, and customer service mindset.
