Position: Field Service Engineer

We are looking for energetic and committed Field Service Engineers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced laboratory instruments
• Handling breakdown calls and service visits
• Maintaining service KPIs and documentation
• Building strong customer relationships
• Coordinating with internal technical and sales teams

Requirements

• B-Tech or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering
• Experience: 13 years minimum in relevant field
• Freshers with excellent academic record may also apply
• Willingness to travel frequently and at short notice
• Strong technical skills and communication ability
• Prior experience on similar product lines will be an added advantage
