Service engineer(Applied)

What you will do (Contractual Role)

Primary responsibility for this role is to handle the service delivery of HVAC (York) chillers to customers.

Attending to breakdown complaints & preventive maintenance of York chillers/ Johnson Controls product & must have good technical skills

Creating good relationship with customer and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. Generating L&M business, timely completion of all the activities as per the contract scope of work. Ensuring timely billing & collection of all AR. Attending to all customers query as per agreed SLA. Familiarity with the York Chillers products would be an added advantage.

 How you will do it

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated HVAC Engineer to technically lead in expanding our existing service business & creating L&M opportunities for further growth.

Deliver implementation for automated test systems. Understand and make.

You will work on Johnson Controls (York) products & other JC controls products.

Required

Competencies & Skills:

Technical Skills in chillers especially in screw & centrifugal chillers. 

Trouble shooting and commissioning skills.

Preferred York chillers experience.

Candidate must have minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in chillers service.

Preferable having experience in handling of York chillers.

Previous experience in handling Data Center customers is preferred.
