Our IT Team is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join our global Service Desk team. This role will work closely with employees and team members in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is up to date with current technologies and has experience supporting and operating but also is continuously striving to expand their technology expertise.  The technician will provide excellent customer service and interaction through

What you'll do:

  • Tier 2 support which includes answering phone calls, processing, resolving and triage of tickets, and instant messages from employees.
  • Install, administer and support corporate systems including but not limited to: laptops, hardware and software, hardware peripherals, AV-related equipment, printers and other desktop related equipment.
  • Provide end users support for all SaaS and/or desktop- based applications.
  • Work directly with other team members and System administrators to support employees
  • Work with Human Capital team for onboarding/off-boarding employees.
  • Video/Web Conferencing support and setups.
  • Facilitate asset management of all I.T. Equipment by following documented procedures
  • Continuous best-in-class support to the end user community, leveraging excellent communication, collaboration and analysis skills
  • Perform other duties assigned.

What you need:

  • Associate's degree or 3+ years of related on the job experience; ideally in a fast-paced, team-oriented support environment.
  • Prior working experience working with Office 365, Windows 10 & 11, EntraID/Active Directory, Okta, Intune, and other endpoint-specific software and applications
  • Working knowledge of a ticketing system including Incident and Request management
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Must have strong experience in problem solving, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Strong sense of urgency, resourceful and quality driven.
  • Sense of humor and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Self-starter and intellectually curious.
