Job Description
Must Have:
· Hands-on experience in first level support through taking calls, chats, web tickets
· Hands-on experience in incidents or Service Requests, using the incident and request fulfillment process in line with the Service desk objectives
· Experience in Incident Handling
· Experience in supporting for clients and partners via call, chat and web
Good to Have:
· Good understanding in ITIL
· Proficient in Excellent English – Verbal & written communication skill.
