Job Description
Service Desk L1 Support Pune/Bangalore/Mysore | Up to 5.5 LPA | Immediate Joiners
Location: Pune/Bangalore/Mysore (100% WFO)
Shifts: 247 Rotational (US/UK)
Notice Period: 015 Days
Education: 15 Years Full-Time
Experience: 1 Year 5 Years (L1 Support-Service Desk )
Mandatory Skills:
ServiceNow ticketing tool
Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Active Directory (password reset, account unlock)
Basic networking knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Role Overview:
Provide L1 support via calls, emails & tickets
Log and resolve incidents as per ITSM processes
Ensure SLA compliance and escalate when required
