Service Desk Specialist
Exp- 4 to 8 years
Location- Kolkata
Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities
- Associate should be able to work on different application issues with Good Troubleshooting Skills.
- Should be ready to work on new technologies & tools without any tool specific restrictions/boundaries.
- Team player and ready to manage shared account model with 24*7 support (managing multiple accounts).
Required Skills

- International Voice Experience
- Technical support
- Excellent communication skills
- Voice Support Experience
- L1 Technical support experience for retail domain
- Hands on experience of Service Now ticketing tool & Active directory will be an added advantage
- Chat Support experience
- Should be familiar with remote support for end users
- Ready to work in a 24*7 environment
- Comfortable with Rotational shifts & Rotational WO
- Minimum 2.5 years commitment to work with project
- Clearing Customer Evaluation is a must to work for the project
