Service Desk Specialist

Exp- 4 to 8 years

Location- Kolkata

Immediate joiners preferred


Responsibilities


  • Associate should be able to work on different application issues with Good Troubleshooting Skills.
  • Should be ready to work on new technologies & tools without any tool specific restrictions/boundaries.
  • Team player and ready to manage shared account model with 24*7 support (managing multiple accounts).

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Voice Support Experience
  • L1 Technical support experience for retail domain
  • Hands on experience of Service Now ticketing tool & Active directory will be an added advantage
  • Chat Support experience
  • Should be familiar with remote support for end users
  • Ready to work in a 24*7 environment
  • Comfortable with Rotational shifts & Rotational WO
  • Minimum 2.5 years commitment to work with project
  • Clearing Customer Evaluation is a must to work for the project
