Outlook, Shared Mailbox & Distribution Lists
MS Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive Troubleshooting
Windows OS & MS Office / O365
Basic Networking, VPN, TCP/IP
iOS, Android & Windows Device Troubleshooting
Strong communication & problem-solving skills required.
