Role: Service Desk QA
Experience Range: 4 to 6 Years
Location: Noida
Interview Date: 28th Feb 26
Interview Venue: TCS Yamuna Tower VI, Assotech Business Cresterra, Plot No.22, Noida-Greater Noida Expy, Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304
Must Have:
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Problem Management).
- Experience with Service Desk operations and ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and audit processes.
- Good communication and coaching skills.
Good to Have:
- Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
- Knowledge of CMDB & Service Mapping
Essential:
- Flexible working in 24*7 environment
- Flexible to work on weekends
- Good communication skills to deal with customer
- End-to-End knowledge of activities being done
Minimum Qualification:
15 years of full-time education
Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
