Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Service Desk Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are eager to grow within a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality


Required Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Has completed Graduation Qualification- BTech, BE, BCA
  • Excellent command of grammar and professional language
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts , including night shifts
  • Ability to successfully complete a 2-month campus training program
