Job Description
Role: servicedesk QA(quality analyst)
Experience: 4-6 years only
Locations: Noida
Must have & good to have:
Mode of Interview : Virtual drive
Must-Have
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Problem Management).
- Experience with Service Desk operations and ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and audit processes.
- Good communication and coaching skills.
Good-to-Have
- Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
Knowledge of CMDB & Service Mapping
