Role: Walk-In-Drive (Service Desk_28-Feb-26)

Experience Range: 4 6 Years

Location: NOIDA

(Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Assotech Business Cresterra, Yamuna Tower, VI, Plot No.22, Noida - 201301)

MUST HAVE:

Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Problem Management).

2. Experience with Service Desk operations and ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).

3. Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

4. Familiarity with QA methodologies and audit processes.
