What would you do? You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results. Operational procurement is defined as the procurement of the goods or services that are needed to sustain the daily operation of a business.
What are we looking for? Job Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Ability to influence stakeholders, peer groups and establish strong relationships within teams Knowledge of Procurement policies, processes, and tools Contract management Strong data and analytics skills Excellent communication (written and oral) skills Commitment to quality delivery Consistent attention to detail Ability to work autonomously Proficient in MS Excel, word and MS PowerPoint
Roles and Responsibilities: Contract management (includes extension/termination etc.,) Knowledge of Sourcing , RFX, Auctions Negotiation, Indirect sourcing experience will be added advantage Good proficiency in working on Procurement tools Familiar with PRPO process Vendor onboarding, vendor due deligence, vendor performance management etc Analytical skills, good working knowledge on MS office
