What would you do? The Content Management Specialist is responsible for adding, editing, and removing content from client portals. Specialists must be able to follow Work Instructions to perform content modification tasks quickly and with high-quality results. Specialists must understand HTML and be able to troubleshoot and fix HTML formatting issues. Content Management - Web Developer The Specialist is responsible for understanding client websites so that he/she can identify gaps or mistakes (basic proofreading) within client requested content. The Specialist is responsible for immediately escalating concerns and improvement ideas to their QA and/or Team Lead.
What are we looking for? 1. Graduate in any discipline 2. Knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver or other HTML generation tools, MS Office 3. Self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail 4. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills 5. Hands-on experience in Web site/portal management and maintenance Excel Macros, Java Script not required but nice to have
Roles and Responsibilities: Update portal content to meet service level agreements or best practice turnaround guidelines o Format content per client/Accenture style guide and request (bold, italics, bullet, font type, font color, font size) o Upload and maintain various content types/formats (HTML pages, embedded images/links, and attachments such as PDF, audio, video, XLS, etc.) o Place the content in the appropriate section(s) of the portal per client request; understand Accenture best practices and identify gaps in placement requirements and suggest improvements if relevant o Create and maintain links to/between the various sections and pages of the portal For each request, look for any/all affected changes beyond the specific items requested, and if found, suggest improvements to QA and/or Team Lead Understand client content management processes and goals, actively look for gaps and improvement opportunities in client content requests, and suggest ideas and improvements to QA and/or Team Lead Test and confirm all work is accurate and complete Help Accenture leadership manage risk and avoid delays by identifying blockers and immediately request help/ escalate issues to QA and/or Team Lead Track work/issue status per guidelines and proactively contribute to overall team Project Management goals and timelines Strive to meet Accenture customer service, collaboration, and teamwork goals
