Summary: As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will assign and manage work assignments, drive people management activities for the delivery team, and manage service delivery quality and cost. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high service standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage work assignments and ensure timely completion. - Drive people management activities for the delivery team. - Monitor service delivery quality and cost. - Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux server administration. - Strong understanding of Red Hat OS and its components. - Knowledge of system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Experience with managing user accounts and permissions. - Familiarity with shell scripting and automation tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
