Summary: As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will be responsible for assigning and managing work assignments, driving people management activities for the delivery team, and ensuring service delivery quality and cost. You will play a crucial role in managing the overall operations and ensuring smooth service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage work assignments and ensure timely completion. - Drive people management activities for the delivery team. - Ensure service delivery quality and cost effectiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Strong understanding of service delivery operations. - Experience in managing work assignments and ensuring timely completion. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT service management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Graduation degree is required.
