Summary: As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will be responsible for assigning and managing work assignments, driving people management activities for the delivery team, and ensuring service delivery quality and cost. You will play a crucial role in managing the overall service delivery process and ensuring customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Assign and manage work assignments - Drive people management activities for the delivery team - Manage service delivery quality and cost - Participate in problem-solving discussions - Support the team in building knowledge - Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues - Contribute to process improvement initiatives Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux system administration - Strong understanding of Red Hat OS architecture - Knowledge of shell scripting and automation tools - Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A 15 years full-time education is required
