Summary: As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will assign and manage work assignments, drive people management activities for the delivery team, and manage service delivery quality and cost. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in assigning work assignments to team members. - Manage and monitor the progress of work assignments. - Ensure timely delivery of services to customers. - Identify areas for improvement in service delivery processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. - Provide support and guidance to team members. - Additional responsibility: Assist in training new team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux system administration. - Strong understanding of Red Hat OS and its components. - Familiarity with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools. - Knowledge of shell scripting and automation. - Experience in managing and maintaining server infrastructure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
