Summary: As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will be responsible for assigning and managing work assignments, driving people management activities for the delivery team, and ensuring service delivery quality and cost. You will play a crucial role in managing the overall operations and ensuring smooth service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage work assignments and ensure timely completion. - Drive people management activities for the delivery team. - Ensure service delivery quality and cost optimization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Strong understanding of IT operations and service delivery. - Experience in managing service delivery quality and cost. - Knowledge of incident management and problem resolution. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
