Summary: As a Service Delivery Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations for client deals and delivery capabilities for a complex offering. Your typical day will involve owning service quality, cost, and leadership of delivery teams, contributing to solution development, growth, and sales, and designing and implementing service management frameworks. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and implement service management frameworks, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards. - Lead end-to-end operations for client deals and delivery capabilities for a complex offering, owning service quality, cost, and leadership of delivery teams. - Contribute to solution development, growth, and sales, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of services. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in designing and implementing service management frameworks. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of ITIL and other industry best practices and standards. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Development. - Experience in managing end-to-end operations for client deals and delivery capabilities for a complex offering. - Experience in contributing to solution development, growth, and sales. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
