The Service Delivery Manager for P&C will oversee the efficient delivery of services within the Property and Casualty Insurance domain. With a focus on Auto Claims the role requires expertise in MS Office and a hybrid work model. Responsibilities

- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in Auto Claims.

Qualifications
- Possess strong proficiency in MS Office enabling efficient data management and reporting.
- Demonstrate experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance domain particularly in Auto Claims.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Show adaptability to a hybrid work model and flexibility for night shifts.
- Have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in service delivery management.
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
