Job Summary - SDM

The Service Delivery Manager for P&C will oversee the efficient delivery of services within the Property and Casualty Insurance domain. With a focus on Auto Claims the role requires expertise in MS Office and a hybrid work model. The candidate will ensure seamless operations during night shifts contributing to the company's success in delivering high-quality insurance services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of services in the Property and Casualty Insurance sector ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports analyze data and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for complex problems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in Auto Claims.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess service quality and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong proficiency in MS Office enabling efficient data management and reporting.
  • Demonstrate experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance domain particularly in Auto Claims.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Show adaptability to a hybrid work model and flexibility for night shifts.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in service delivery management.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.

Certifications Required

Certified Service Delivery Manager (CSDM) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
