The IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet the needs of the organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing IT services : Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet the needs and expectations of the business.
• Coordinating IT projects : Plan and execute IT projects effectively by coordinating with IT departments.
• Maintaining vendor relationships : Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed terms.
• Monitoring IT systems : Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to ensure they are functioning optimally and address any issues promptly.
• Developing service delivery strategies : Develop and implement IT service delivery strategies and plans.
• Ensuring compliance : Ensure that IT services comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Providing technical support : Provide technical support and guidance to staff and users.
• Identifying improvement areas : Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services.
• The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
