Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Training Service Delivery Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Accounts Receivable and domain expertise in Provider Calling Payment Posting Eligibility & Benefit Verification Claim/Charge Entry and Accounts Receivables. This role requires working from the office during night shifts.
Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process to ensure high-quality outcomes.Manage and monitor the performance of the Accounts Receivable team.Ensure timely and accurate processing of Provider Calling Payment Posting and Eligibility & Benefit Verification.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline Claim/Charge Entry processes.Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of Accounts Receivables operations.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on service delivery performance.Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the service delivery process.Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest processes and technologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.Monitor and manage the teams performance metrics to achieve organizational goals.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
Possess a strong technical background in Accounts Receivable.Have domain expertise in Provider Calling Payment Posting Eligibility & Benefit Verification Claim/Charge Entry and Accounts Receivables.Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Show proficiency in managing and leading a team.Have a proven track record of improving service delivery processes.Be able to work effectively during night shifts.Display a commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.Have experience in conducting training sessions and knowledge sharing.Be adept at using relevant software and tools for service delivery management.Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.Show the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Certifications Required
Certified Accounts Receivable Professional (CARP) or equivalent certification.
