Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager - HC with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Automation and Advanced Process Automation as well as domain expertise in Provider enrollment Payment Posting Claims Clearing House and Provider. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage and optimize automation and advanced process automation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline provider enrollment processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment posting and claims processing.
  • Monitor and manage clearing house operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with providers to address and resolve any service-related issues.
  • Implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to measure service delivery success.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team on automation and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in service delivery management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in automation and advanced process automation.
  • Showcase strong domain knowledge in provider enrollment payment posting claims clearing house and provider.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
