Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Manager - HC with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Training Needs Analysis and domain skills in Provider Enrollment Revenue Cycle Management Medical Coding and Clinical. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services and contribute significantly to our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team to meet service delivery goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Implement effective training programs to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Manage provider enrollment processes to ensure timely and accurate enrollment.
  • Oversee revenue cycle management activities to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with medical coding standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical processes.
  • Monitor service delivery metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Address and resolve any service delivery issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on service delivery performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Have 10 to 14 years of experience in service delivery management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Training Needs Analysis.
  • Have domain skills in Provider Enrollment Revenue Cycle Management Medical Coding and Clinical.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in night shifts.
  • Have a proven track record of managing service delivery teams.
  • Display strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Be proficient in using service delivery management tools and software.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
