Job Details

• 14+ years relevant experience in service delivery or operations management.
• Act as the primary contact for clients on service-related matters.
• Ensure delivery aligns with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual terms.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and ensure service continuity.
• Monitor and report on service performance; conduct regular reviews.
• Drive process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolutions
• Oversee resource planning, team coordination, and vendor performance.
• Strong client management, communication, and leadership skills.
• ITIL certification preferred; experience with service tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
