Role Overview

The Service Delivery Coordinator (SDC) Procurement Services is responsible for coordinating and tracking end-to-end procurement service delivery for APAC customers, with secondary support for US-based clients.

This role acts as the operational bridge between Procurement, Service Delivery, Logistics partners, Vendors/OEMs, Warehouses, and Customers, ensuring that procurement-led services are delivered on time, within SLA, and in line with commercial and compliance requirements.

  • IT Asset Disposal (ITAD)
  • Pass-thru Procurement
  • Logistics & Global Shipping
  • Warehousing & Stock Management


Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Service Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day delivery of procurement services for APAC customers, with scheduled overlap for US clients.
  • Manage and track service requests, work orders, and tickets related to:
  • AMCs (renewals, entitlement tracking, vendor coordination)
  • ITAD (collection, logistics, certification, disposal reporting)
  • Pass-thru procurement (OEM/vendor coordination, order fulfilment)
  • Logistics & shipping (international and regional movements)
  • Warehousing (stock intake, dispatch, asset movement)
  • Ensure SLAs, OLAs, and contractual commitments are met.
  • Proactively manage escalations related to delays, vendor dependencies, or compliance risks.


2. AMC & Contract Coordination

  • Track AMC start/end dates, renewals, and service coverage.
  • Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams to ensure:
  • Correct entitlement
  • Timely renewals
  • Accurate service records
  • Support procurement and finance teams with service confirmation and documentation.


3. ITAD, Logistics & Warehousing Operations

  • Coordinate ITAD activities including pickup scheduling, chain of custody, disposal certificates, and reporting.
  • Manage logistics workflows:
  • Shipment scheduling
  • Cross-border coordination
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Track warehousing activities:
  • Asset intake
  • Storage status
  • Dispatch and movement tracking
  • Maintain accurate documentation (handover forms, delivery notes, ITAD certificates).


4. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Act as the single coordination point between:
  • Customers
  • Procurement team
  • Vendors / OEMs
  • Logistics & ITAD partners
  • Warehousing providers
  • Provide clear and timely updates on service status, delays, and next steps.
  • Participate in internal operational reviews and customer service calls when required.


5. Governance, Reporting & Process Discipline

  • Prepare and maintain daily / weekly / monthly reports, including:
  • Service delivery status
  • AMC tracking
  • ITAD completion reports
  • Logistics and warehousing movements
  • Maintain SOPs, trackers, and procurement service documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement across procurement service workflows, tools, and reporting.


Required Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 25 years in Service Delivery, Procurement Operations, Logistics Coordination, or IT Operations coordination.
  • Prior exposure to procurement-led service delivery is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting APAC customers with exposure to US or global clients.


Domain Knowledge (Coordinator Level)

  • Understanding of:
  • IT hardware lifecycle (procurement deployment maintenance disposal)
  • AMCs and vendor support models
  • ITAD processes and compliance documentation
  • Logistics and warehousing workflows
  • Ability to interpret service requests, contracts, and operational dependencies.


Tools & Processes

  • Experience with ITSM / Service Management tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Zoho, ManageEngine, JIRA, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts (Incident, Request, Change).
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, trackers, and operational reporting.


Soft Skills

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High ownership mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors, customers, and service streams in parallel.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in time-sensitive environments.
