Role Description
This is a night shift (Work from Home ) after completion of 3 Months training program. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day service coordination, managing operations engagement using CRM platform, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Service Coordination performed using email communication
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Any Under Graduate with Commerce, arts & Science will be preferrable
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is a plus, not mandatory
