Role Description

This is a night shift (Work from Home ) after completion of 3 Months training program. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day service coordination, managing operations engagement using CRM platform, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Service Coordination performed using email communication
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Strong Customer Service experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Any Under Graduate with Commerce, arts & Science will be preferrable
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools is a plus, not mandatory
