We are looking for a high-ownership, disciplined, and structured Client Success Manager who will work directly with the Founder to ensure every client progresses,completes their tasks, and achieves results inside the LUFM program.
This role involves:
Once the client is in the system, he is onboarded post that you have to drive daily accountability ,managing delivery operations during and after live classes, providing clear communication and support,maintaining trackers,and ensuring clients stay consistent, engaged, and on track.
*This is not a customer support role it is a leadership role within the delivery side of the program, requiring strong follow-up, assertive communication, energy, and a deep sense of responsibility.
SALARY - INDUSTRY STANDARDS.
(25k - 30k/ Month) Plus Joining Bonus with 1 year Claw Back
6 days working( hybrid set up)
Must own laptop
We can provide WFH once you are managing it well!
