Service Cloud Tech Lead1

Must Have:

  • 7+ years experience with LWC , Apex, Trigger, VisualForce and Force.com

  • Experience of at least 2+ full-lifecycle SFDC implementations as individual contributor to team

  • Strong expertise in at least two of the following the areas/modules: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Force.Com

  • Deep dive in Salesforce.com capabilities and constraints of the system, adhere Salesforce Best Practices

  • Extensive experience in technical and some functional aspects delivering Salesforce implementation and support projects

  • Experience in implementing Enterprise Salesforce integration with (Soap/ REST API/ Web services/ Boomi)

  • Experience desired in using data migration solutions (Apex Data Loader, DML)

  • Must be up to date with features in latest releases in Salesforce platform and have hands-on experience on Lightning

  • Good communication skills and Customer orientated

  • Passionate, technical, Active contribute, self-starter, self-motivated, flexible, go-getter to resolve technical and some functional aspects, work with team

  • Certifications -

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification is a MUST.

  • Salesforce Certified App Builder is MUST

  • Salesforce Certified System Administrator is a MUST.

  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant is a MUST

  • Salesforce Lightning Component Framework Specialist (Trailhead Super Badge)

  • Salesforce Lightning Experience Specialist (Trailhead Super Badge)

  • Preferable to have Salesforce Architect Certificates

  • BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH
    Nice to Have:

  • Exact Targets/ Marketo/ Pardot Experience

  • UI/ UX: JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, AJAX, MVC

  • Experience in Agile based projects.
    Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Active and effective individual contributor to project as technical and some functional aspects

  • Work with team wrt solution/ approach and resolve technical queries/ challenges along with workarounds

  • Coordination with stakeholders for requirements and design technical solution with workarounds

  • Coordinate releases, product enhancements/ implementation, bug fixes

  • Responsible for Design/ Approach, Implementation - Best Practices, Documentation, Escalations
