Job Description
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC certifications, Project Management certifications) are a plus.
- Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in HVAC service management, account management, or technical support within the manufacturing or automation industry.
- Strong background in managing service contracts, customer relationships, and technical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, automation technologies, and service solutions in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and automation technologies.
- Proficient in the use of service management software and CRM systems.
- Understanding of service contract terms, SLAs, and key performance metrics (KPIs).
