Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Server Administrator role. The Server Administrator will be responsible for the daily management, monitoring, and maintenance of server infrastructure. Key responsibilities include overseeing system administration, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of operating systems. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with IT teams to enhance system performance and security.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Server Administration and System Administration
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing prompt Technical Support to resolve issues
• Solid understanding of Operating Systems and related maintenance tasks
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices is an added advantage
• Relevant certifications in server and system administration or related fields are desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
