DR support and SOP creation Server Administration Task:

Management server H/W monitor

Troubleshoot management server H/W failure

Collecting H/W log & analysis of management server

Perform activity as per H/W log analysis

Raise ticket on H/W failure with H/W vendor & co-ordinate till case closure

Perform security patch & FW update on management hardware time to time

VxRail FW update

Blade server H/W monitor

Troubleshoot Blade server H/W failure

Collecting H/W log & analysis of blade servers

Perform activity as per H/W log analysis

Raise ticket on H/W failure with H/W vendor & co-ordinate till case closure

Perform security patch & FW update on Blades hardware time to time

Chassis H/W monitor

Troubleshoot Chassis server H/W failure

Collecting H/W log & analysis of Chassis

Perform activity as per H/W log analysis

Raise ticket on H/W failure with H/W vendor & co-ordinate till case closure

Perform security patch & FW update on Chassis hardware time to time

Support in DC migration, Pmax microcode update & DC activity if any

Monitor Data Domain management center environment test & failure
