Job Description
One of the Largest and Oldest Financial Services Corporate is hiring for Windows & VMware Administrator to manage and optimize enterprise on-prem infrastructure.
Location : #Bengaluru
CTC : Till 18 LPA
Experience: Min 6 years in similar profile
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
VMware administration vCenter & ESXi build/upgrade/patching
VM lifecycle management (build, clone, snapshot, resize, V2V/P2V, troubleshooting)
vSphere, vROps, vRA, vRealize Log Insight
Windows Server administration AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, WSUS, patching
Windows DR, domain migration, hardening & VAPT
Monitoring & maintenance of Windows/VMware infrastructure
Capacity planning, cost optimization & automation reports
VM replication (RP4VM or similar)
CMDB & server inventory management
Basic networking (VLAN, ACL) & storage (SAN, zoning, LUNs)
PowerShell/Ansible scripting (good to have)
Familiarity with RHEL & ITIL processes
Skills:
Strong troubleshooting, communication & team collaboration skills
