SEO Team Lead

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team Lead. The SEO Team Lead will be responsible for planning and executing effective SEO strategies focused on improving organic search rankings and driving web traffic. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive keyword research, optimizing on-page elements, developing link-building strategies, monitoring website performance using analytics tools, and staying informed about search engine algorithm updates to refine tactics and ensure compliance. The role will also involve collaborating with content creators, marketers, and developers to support company goals.

• Proficiency in Keyword Research, On-Page SEO, and Link Building
• Strong understanding of Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Experience with Marketing strategies and creating SEO reports
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz is advantageous
• Experience in working with enterprise-level websites or scalable business solutions is a plus
