Were Hiring:

SEO + Performance Marketing Executive (2-6 Years Experience)


Are you data-driven, growth-focused, and excited about scaling B2B SaaS & CPaaS products through organic and paid channels?


Were looking for an SEO + Performance Marketing Executive with ~2 years of hands-on experience to drive high-quality leads, optimize funnels, and improve ROI across campaigns.


What Youll Do

SEO (Organic Growth)

  • Own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives
  • Conduct keyword research aligned with ICPs & buyer intent
  • Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for rankings & conversions
  • Monitor SEO performance using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
  • Improve site health, page speed, internal linking, and indexing
  • Build and manage high-quality backlinks & content distribution

  • Performance Marketing (Paid Growth)

    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax)
    • LinkedIn Ads (B2B lead gen)
    • Meta Ads (if applicable)
    • Manage campaign budgets, bids, creatives, and targeting
    • Focus on lead quality, CPL, CAC, and ROAS
    • Work closely with Sales to align campaigns with revenue goals
    • Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and CTAs


    Analytics & Optimization

    • Track funnel metrics from click lead opportunity conversion
    • Analyze performance reports and share actionable insights
    • Continuously optimize campaigns for scale and efficiency


    What Were Looking For

    • ~2 years of experience in SEO and Performance Marketing
    • Experience working with B2B SaaS or CPaaS products
    • Strong understanding of search intent, funnels, and lead quality
    • Hands-on experience with:
    • Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
    • GA4, Google Search Console
    • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
    • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
    • Basic understanding of landing page CRO
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills


    Nice to Have

    • Experience marketing WhatsApp Business API, SMS, Voice, or API-based products
    • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
    • Experience with B2B lead nurturing and remarketing
    • Startup or high-growth SaaS experience
