Role Overview

We are looking for a specialist who understands not just traffic, but visibility, authority, and conversions in the AI-first search era. This is a full-time hybrid role for an SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru, with a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

SEO, GEO & AEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute integrated SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies to improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms.
• Conduct intent-driven keyword research and build topical authority clusters aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize on-page, technical SEO, and structured data (schema markup) to enhance crawlability, indexing, and search performance.
• Structure content to capture featured snippets, voice search results, People Also Ask sections, and zero-click searches.
• Optimize content for AI and generative engines by targeting conversational queries and improving citation potential.
• Track rankings, AI visibility, featured snippet acquisition, and organic conversion metrics using analytics and reporting tools.

Performance Marketing

• Plan and execute campaigns on: Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) & LinkedIn.
• Manage campaign budgets for optimal ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
• Implement conversion tracking via GTM & GA4.
• Optimize CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and strategies for improvement.

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or related field.
• A Digital Marketing Certification or Course
• Additional certifications in SEO or Performance Marketing tools are an advantage.

Professional Experience

• 24 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Performance Marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.
• Proven track record of improving organic rankings, featured snippet acquisition, and measurable ROI from paid campaigns.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets ranging from mid-level to high-scale accounts.

Core Skills and Attributes

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Strong reporting, presentation, and client communication skills.
• Understanding of landing page UX and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts with performance accountability.
