What Youll Own

Performance Marketing

• Plan & optimize paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
• Drive report sales, qualified leads & paid subscribers for Caspr.ai
• Optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS & funnel conversion rates
• Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, landing pages & messaging
• Allocate and scale performance budgets strategically

SEO & Organic Growth

• Develop and execute on-page & off-page SEO strategy
• Drive organic traffic & high-intent keyword rankings
• Improve technical SEO, site structure & content optimization
• Build content-led acquisition funnels
• Track and improve keyword rankings, traffic & conversions

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of proven experience in SEO + Performance Marketing
• Strong B2B experience (SaaS preferred)
• Deep understanding of analytics, attribution & growth metrics
• Hands-on with GA4, GSC, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot (or similar tools)
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solver mindset with execution speed
