Position: SEO Manager Luxury Fashion & Services

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and execute end-to-end SEO strategy for a luxury bespoke fashion and service-driven business. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and outreach, with the ability to collaborate across tech, content, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute SEO strategy across website, subdomains, and service pages

Work closely with tech team to implement technical SEO (site speed, indexing, schema, crawlability)

Collaborate with content team for keyword strategy, content planning, and on-page optimization

Drive off-page SEO & outreach including backlinks, partnerships, and digital PR

Manage and optimize local SEO & service-based search visibility

Monitor performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush

Identify growth opportunities across domestic and international markets

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of SEO experience

Strong hands-on expertise in:

Technical SEO

On-page optimization

Off-page SEO / outreach

Prior experience in fashion, e-commerce, or service-based platforms (e.g., UrbanClap/Urban Company-like models preferred)

Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (tech + content + marketing)

Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making

Preferred Profile

Experience working with luxury brands or premium service businesses

Understanding of customer journey for high-value services

Ability to scale SEO from scratch to growth stage
