SEO & Growth Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-level SEO & Performance Marketing professional to support the growth of an early-stage platform. This role focuses on improving search performance, setting up clear tracking foundations, and using data to drive continuous improvement. It is ideal for someone curious, analytical, and eager to grow while taking real ownership.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Set up, monitor, and improve ad and performance tracking flows.
• Use Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and UTM parameters to track and analyze performance.
• Review search queries, traffic, and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify and suggest improvements to internal pages, site structure, and SEO performance.
• Monitor site indexing and overall SEO health.
• Share clear insights, findings, and recommendations with the team.
• Take initiative in improving tracking, performance, and SEO as the platform grows.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 15 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, or a related field (junior candidates welcome).
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and UTM tracking.
• Strong analytical, communication, and logical thinking skills.
• Self-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in an early-stage environment.
