You will own and execute the SEO strategy at Steps AI. Your goal is simple: increase qualified organic traffic and turn search visibility into an inbound pipeline.

This role is perfect for someone who understands search intent, enjoys working with data, and knows how to turn keyword opportunities into measurable growth.

• Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent B2B search terms
• Build SEO-driven content strategies in collaboration with the content team
• Optimise website pages, blogs, and landing pages for on-page SEO
• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers
• Manage internal linking and site structure improvements
• Track rankings, traffic, and performance using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Use SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush for analysis and competitor research
• Identify backlink opportunities and support link-building initiatives
• Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategy accordingly

Must-Have Skills:

• 13 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO basics
• Experience with keyword research and search intent mapping
• Ability to analyze traffic and ranking data to generate insights
• Experience working with blogs or content-heavy websites

Good to Have:

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech industries
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress
