Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven SEO Associate with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and organic growth strategies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving visibility, driving traffic, and generating leads through data-driven and AI-enabled marketing approaches. Exposure to AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI tools for content and automation is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content gap analysis.
• Optimize website structure, landing pages, and content for search engines and answer engines (AEO).
• Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (SEM), including Google Ads.
• Track and analyze metrics such as ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversions to enhance campaign performance.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to optimize landing pages for engagement and conversion.
• Support SEO-driven content strategies across blogs, landing pages, and thought leadership assets.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, search intent, and conversion objectives.
• Identify new organic growth opportunities across digital channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEO and SEM.
• Proven experience in organic marketing and search-led growth.
• Understanding of AEO, voice search optimization, and evolving AI-driven search behavior.
• Hands-on experience using GPT or AI-based tools for marketing or content optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and industry SEO tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
