About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Assistant Manager with 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, along with team lead or team handling experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in driving organic growth through AI-led SEO strategies, with a deep understanding of Googles evolving algorithms, AI Overviews/SGE, technical SEO, content optimization, analytics, and performance-focused execution.

This role requires someone who can independently lead SEO initiatives, manage a team, improve brand visibility, and drive measurable business outcomes through organic search.

Key Skills Required

• Strong understanding of AI-led SEO, prompt-driven workflows, and AI-assisted content optimization
• Hands-on knowledge of SGE / AI Overviews, answer engine optimization (AEO), and emerging AI-search behavior
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, website auditing, crawl analysis, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
• Understanding of entity SEO, semantic SEO, and topical authority building
• Experience with CRO-aligned SEO and performance-driven organic growth strategies
• Strong understanding of brand SERP optimization and ORM
• Proficiency in GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager, and similar tools
• Good understanding of SEO automation, reporting workflows, and using AI tools for research and optimization
• Strong knowledge of content strategy, on-page SEO, content refresh frameworks, and search intent mapping
• Experience in backlink strategy, digital PR support, and off-page SEO execution

Preferred Exposure

• 3+ years of experience in SEO strategy and execution
• Strong understanding of AI-based SEO and prompt-driven workflows
• Knowledge of SGE-focused optimization and Google search updates
• Strong expertise in technical SEO and website auditing
• Experience with CRO and performance-driven SEO
• Understanding of ORM and brand SERP management
• Proficiency in GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools
• Strong content strategy and on-page optimization skills
• Experience in backlink strategy and off-page SEO
• Good team handling and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English communication skills
