Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an SEO and Digital Marketing Executive, based in Pune. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, performing on-page SEO optimization, and managing link-building activities. Additional responsibilities include performing SEO audits, analysing website performance, and managing social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team to create cohesive strategies that drive website traffic and improve search rankings.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO optimization
• Experience with Link Building strategies and techniques
• Ability to conduct detailed SEO Audits and implement findings to improve website performance
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to drive engagement and brand awareness
• Proficient in using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of SEO + Digital Marketing experience (must have worked in hospitality/staycation/resort domain).
