1) SEO Content & Website Copy

Write SEO-optimised blogs (topic-led + intent-based)

Create website content: landing pages, category pages, product pages, FAQs

Improve readability, structure, and conversions while staying SEO-friendly

2) AEO + AI Optimization + GEO

Implement SEO + AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) + AI Optimization + GEO

Structure content to increase visibility in Google results + AI-generated answers

Use formats that perform well: FAQs, quick answers, lists, how-to, comparisons

3) Social + Community Content (Visibility Growth)

Create/guide content for Pinterest, Quora, Substack, forums/community platforms

Understand social media algorithms (Instagram/Facebook/Pinterest) for better discovery

Repurpose search topics into short-form and engagement-friendly formats

4) Ad Copywriting (Performance + Marketplaces + YouTube)

Write Meta ads copy (hooks, primary text, headlines, CTAs)

Write Google Search ad copies (RSA headlines + descriptions, extensions ideas)

Support YouTube scripts / video ad copy (short, punchy, retention-friendly)

Write copy for marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart/other platforms): product titles, bullets, A+ style descriptions, brand story, FAQs

5) Team Leadership

Lead daily execution: content planning, task allocation, quality checks, timelines

Maintain content SOPs and ensure consistent writing style across platforms

Coordinate with design/social/performance team for smoother delivery

Must-Have Skills

Strong English writing + SEO copywriting

Good understanding of SEO + AEO + AI Optimization + GEO

Knowledge of social algorithms and platform content formats

Ability to write both organic + performance marketing copy

Familiarity with Google Console + Meta tools

Team-leading mindset with strong deadline ownership

Graduate or Post Graduate in English, M.Comm
