Job Description
AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations — from foundational services such as Amazon’s Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWS’s services and features apart in the industry.
As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS, including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

AWS Q Developer team is looking for talented Senior Application Engineers to drive the human in the loop initiatives of our large language models and enhance the quality of the models to improve the developer experience.
Our Org’s mission is to use GenAI to help builders create faster, cheaper, more secure, and more reliable applications.
We launched Services like Amazon CodeWhisperer and continuously working on adding new services to our portfolio, which solve common business problems and improves developer productivity through research and innovation.

- art services using the latest deep learning techniques and highly scalable distributed systems engineering.
Senior Application Engineers in our team will be responsible to work with the Product, Science & Engineering teams to understand the data requirements of the models and deliver in high quality.
He/She will work on real world problems affecting the developer productivity in coding, testing, implementation and troubleshooting.
He/She will be responsible for implementing guard rails and metrics to ensure quality using automation.
He/She contribute with new ideas and take actions to enhance the quality.
Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities of a Senior Application Engineer are (not limited to):
• Collaborate with Product, Science and Engineering team to understand the data requirements of the models and drive from scoping to delivery.
• Develop automation to enhance quality and reduce the manual efforts.
• Innovate continuously to enhance the coverage and quality of data.
• Mentor new engineers and skill up the team.

Basic Qualifications
- B.E.
in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
- Good knowledge in Programming in either one of the languages – Java/Python/C#/Go/Ruby
- Good knowledge in operating systems, networking and troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced in developing complex scripts and automation.
- Experience in taking a project from scoping requirements through launch .
- Experience in working with Product, Science and Engineering to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical design.
